I have waited to write this review to allow the owner time to act as she promised. My dog was subjected to a horrible experience at the hand of one of her groomers. She was apologetic and said she would install cameras in her vans to keep this from ever happening again. I would ask if I can view my dog being groomed and if not, I would not use their services.

The groomer was over 5 hours late. Took over 3 hours for my dogs haircut and only gave a 10% discount to rectify this.
Also, didn’t blend my dogs legs evenly and gave him a flat top instead of a rounded cut. I even sent a specific pic of the cut to make sure they did this correctly.
I will never use this service again.
